Kristine Izydor joined Gardiner Ray in 2016 as their Office Manager. Kristine’s responsibilities have continued to expand with the growth of the business. She manages human resources, operations, accounting, and everything in between. She is energetic, resourceful, and detailed with a results-oriented attitude. She runs a tight ship!
Kristine is a graduate of Marquette University and her background is in human resources, recruiting, and mortgage banking.
Kristine and her husband, Craig, have two children, Lauren and Cody, and three dogs. The family resides in Frisco. She spends her time outside of work with her family and friends, and is involved in various activities within her community.
Colleen Knowles joined Gardiner Ray LLC in 2019 as a Data Entry/Appraiser’s Assistant. Her responsibilities also include assisting our Office Manager with processing appraisal requests and payments.
Colleen was born and raised in Florida where she attended the University of North Florida. She comes to us with experience in Customer Service Management and Mortgage banking. Colleen and her husband, Brad, relocated to Frisco in 2005. Their two children, Hannah and Hudson, attend Frisco schools and are involved in Drill Team, Band, Tennis and Baseball. Colleen has been an active volunteer with the FISD PTA, Drill Team Booster Club, and the Frisco Baseball Softball Association among other various organizations.
Avery is a junior at Frisco High School and is involved in varsity basketball, student council, Mu Alpha Theta, National Honor Society, and National Charity League. After she graduates high school she plans on going to college to study journalism.
Hagen Gardiner is currently attending Texas Tech University with the goal of earning a degree in Business Technology. While at Tech Hagen is a member of the university’s honors college program. He also has been the Chaplain for his fraternity, Phi Kappa Psi, for the last two years. Hagen joined the GardinerRay team in the summer of 2016. In his free time, Hagen enjoys hunting with friends and watching Texas Tech basketball.
Haylie is a Junior at Frisco High School and is involved in the Varsity Soccer team as well as National Honor Society. Haylie participates in National Charity League and volunteers frequently in a variety of organizations around her community. In addition to volunteer work, Haylie enjoys playing soccer for her club team. She plans to graduate and attend college to pursue a career in Education.
Lauren Izydor began her internship with Gardiner Ray in high school and is currently attending Texas A&M University pursuing a degree in Accounting with a minor in Economics. She is a member of Kappa Delta sorority and a peer leader for the Freshman Business Initiative class in Mays Business School. An avid dog lover, Lauren volunteered frequently with the SPCA in McKinney and trained to volunteers to be able to work in the shelter. She plays volleyball, golf, and is training for a marathon in her free time.
